Privacy policy
Caramel Cove Limited · Last updated 5 October 2026
This is the privacy policy for caramelcove.com, the corporate website of Caramel Cove Limited, a limited liability company registered in Nigeria. This page explains what happens when you browse the website, prepare an enquiry or email us.
What this site collects
caramelcove.com is a static website. Its application features work as follows:
- No analytics. The website does not include visitor analytics or advertising trackers.
- No application cookies. The website does not set cookies or use browser storage for analytics or preferences. Hosting and security services may process technical request information.
- Local enquiry drafts. The brief builder keeps your entries in the current page. It does not submit or save them to our servers. Opening an email draft passes that text to your chosen email application; copying a brief places it on your clipboard. No website account is created.
Like any website, the pages are delivered by a hosting provider, including our Cloudflare edge service. Delivering and protecting the site involves technical information such as IP addresses and request details. This processing supports delivery, security and troubleshooting.
If you email us
If you choose to email [email protected]. If you do, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you and handle whatever you contacted us about. We do not use enquiry details for unsolicited marketing or sell them. Email and hosting providers process information as needed to deliver those services.
You can ask us to delete correspondence. We will consider the request, including any applicable record-keeping obligations.
Our products have their own policies
Caramel Cove builds and operates its own software products, and some of those handle real customer data. Each product that handles customer data has (or will have, at launch) its own privacy policy on its own site, covering what it collects and why. This policy covers caramelcove.com only. When this site links out — for example to lekkihaven.com — you’re on a separate site governed by its own policies, and we encourage you to check them there.
Your rights under the NDPA
We’re a Nigerian company, and Nigeria’s Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) governs how we handle personal data. Under the NDPA you have rights over your personal data, including the right to access it, correct it, have it deleted, and object to how it’s processed. The rights available depend on the information and the circumstances in which it is processed.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we’ll respond. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with theNigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC), Nigeria’s data protection regulator.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the website handles information, we will update this policy and the date at the top.
